How do you ship orders?

We will use standard freight shipping for your order, if you have any special requests, including but not limited to liftgate delivery, delivery appointment, tilt truck, please let us know, and an additional charge may cause. 

How to unload the product?

It is the customer's responsibility to unload the product. We have product package dimension and weight on every product page, please have a forklift or equivalent ready for unloading. 

Do you have the part in stock?

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. While we try to have a real-time inventory listed online, a small number of parts may need to double check. Please contact us for inventory information. 

What if the product is out of stock?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The inventory goes fast. We will have the product restock soon and let you know the estimated time. You can place the order by paying 20% of the product price, so we can hold the product for you when it arrives. For more detail, please contact our customer service team. 

What do I need to know when the order is delivered?

Signature for large amount order delivery is required. 

It is the responsibility of the receiver to open and inspect all packaged products at the time of delivery. Any damages must be notated by the delivery person or a damage claim cannot be filed. Failure to find and report concealed damages will result in a loss to the receiver.

Where do you ship to?

We ship orders to the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)and Canada. For orders shipping to South America or Europe, Please contact us for more information.

Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses all over the nation. We will strategically arrange your order shipped from the closest location as soon as possible. 

Can I choose a shipping carrier?
  • For small items, we work with UPS and FedEx to ship your order, and you can choose the shipping carrier at checkout. 
  • For large items, we work with trusted carriers that specialize in handling large parts.
How long will my order deliver?

You will be notified by email when your order is shipped out. 

  • For small items, you can find the tracking number in the email and track your order anytime.
  • For large items, we will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time. once it is picked up
I want to pick up, but not myself, what should I do?

We understand and we try to help every customer. Please provide us the pickup person's information, so we can have the pickup procedure smooth and quick for you.
